In this entry, we go to Ghoul Land, get the Feather Sword and face Nargi.

There is an unreachable island with eight pillars and a staircase northwest of Arcadia Town. Call the giant, land there and go down the stairs. This is Ghoul Land.
Ghoul Land
One of the doors in the village area is discolored compared to the rest. Blow it up with a Boo Bomb. You'll be able to get Thunder Punch for 60,000 Sen and Hypnoblow for 200,000. These are the two strongest punches in the game, with Hypnoblow being the stronger of the two.
Both staircases to the north will take you to the same path.
The Ultimate Scroll explains how to beat Nargi. You will have to get the Feather Sword, which is in Horizon Gate, which is all the way back at the beginning of the game. Thankfully, it's behind the mountains north of Yokai, and you can easily land there.
Talk to Rick and you will get the Feather Sword...if you can complete the picture of his face. You'll be working from top to bottom and when you see a piece of his face, press A to get it to stay. When you complete the puzzle, you'll get the sword.
Now that you have the Feather Sword, head back to the sunken ship. You'll be able to fight Nargi. Strangely, you can attack Nargi with anything other than the Feather Sword, meaning that we just went through an invisible plot wall that the Feather Sword was needed to get past. Thankfully, the Feather Sword can also do a decent amount of damage Nargi is pretty strong, and can do heavy damage to both of your characters, so be sure to level up if you need to.
By beating Nargi, you'll get the Turtle Watch, which can be used to slow down enemies. You'll also be able to enter the Sunken Ship, where you will find General Bismol.
