We finally head to the final dungeon of the game and see what's been going on with the whole Rub-A-Doc situation.

Mr. A.B.C.'s Room
Head into the door to the north. You'll meet Mr. A.B.C., who wants to give a lesson at Mt. Rocky.
He will first ask how to say "thank you" in Japanese. The correct answer is "Arigato." You'll get a subway token. You'll take a subway to the other end of the cave. When you take the stairs here, you'll enter an action sequence. Get on the mine cart and jump over the spikes when you see them, and watch out for bats and other enemies and obstacles.
When you make it to the end, you'll be traveling across a set of bridges with breakaway portions. You'll have to cling to some walks to avoid the spikes at this point.
You'll then enter yet another section with brown spiked balls that float back and forth. You'll have to be pretty patient on the narrow corridors, and also cling onto some ceilings to make sure that they pass you. Thankfully, you'll get out of there. Welcome to the final dungeon.
Final Dungeon
The first part of this area is pretty simple, but once you get out of the sewer area, you're going to be in a bit of a futuristic-looking maze.
Take the bridge to the south first. This will take you to a path to one of four items, which make up the last items you will find in the game: the Aura Equipment. These Aura items are the absolute strongest in the game, so make sure you grab them before you make your way to the end. Here, you'll get the Aura Helmet.
After making your way back to the beginning of the path to the Aura Helmet, head to the left. and use a Boo Bomb on the door to open it. This will open up a path that leads to the Aura Armor.
After you make it out of there, you'll want to go counter-clockwise around the room. This leads to a path that takes you to the final boss in the southwest room, but don't go over there yet. Instead, keep going counter-clockwise around the room until you reach another door that you'll have to Boo Bomb. This leads to a path to the Aura Shield.
After that, you can head back to the room in the southwest corner. This leads to the path to the Aura Sword as well as the final boss.
There is a dinosaur tank enemy here. You can easily defeat it with the Hypnoblow.
When you enter the door, you'll meet Rub-a-Doc. It turns out that the Galands had not only kidnapped him, but had been instructing Rub-a-Doc's forces. He notices you have the seven Auraballs, and asks that you and he promote universal peace with the power of the Auraballs. Jack and Ryu hand Rub-a-Doc the Auraballs, who must use them with the Marvel Box. It is then revealed that Rub-a-Doc is Robo-Doc, the Galands' genius scientists. It turns out this was all part of a secret fleet mission to get the Auraballs and power the Dark Bombers, and now he intends to finish you off.
You'll want to use your most powerful attacks at the beginning when possible, and hope they hit. More likely than not, they won't, so you'll want to use normal attacks and your sword. His Robo Smasher will not do a whole lot of damage, After you do enough damage, Robo Doc will change into the Ultra Robot Tranship. Open Fire will do a whole lot of damage, as will Swift Vulcan and the Enter Charger 100, with all three attacks doing about 40 damage if you're at about level 35.
When you beat Robo Doc, that will destroy the secret base, but it will not end the game. You'll be free to do anything you want.
To end the game, go back to Cactus Village and talk to the Chief. You'll put the Auraballs in the Marvel Box and place the Marvel Box on a pedestal. This will cause the real owner of the Auraballs and the Box to take them to his world and bring true peace to the world in what is the most lackluster endings in Super Nintendo/Super Famicom history. You've won!
