We've freed all of the genies and we have the Rainbow Potion! Let's show Kardal he messed with the wrong genie!
Now that we have the Fire Ring, we can now go back to the Secret Cloud in the City of Clouds and use the Fire Ring's power to dissolve the cloud blocks and get the Crystal Raindrop. We can then return it to the woman at the observatory to the left for one more trinket.
Kardal's Palace
In the upper-right corner of Hidden Atlantis is Kardal's Palace. The Rainbow Potion will allow you to get in. From here, follow the path that is all the way down and break the blocks with the power of your rings to get to Kardal. Press A at Kardal to cast a laughing spell on him and beat the game.
If you haven't done everything in the game, the game tells you to keep exploring and keep helping all the people. When you get all fifteen trinkets, you'll win the game and go back to the title screen. You've just beaten Barbie: Magic Genie Adventure!
