We've found the Star Generator...but now what?

Head east. You'll find the Star Generator! However, there is a big, huge Sarien guard standing in front of it. You won't be able to do anything...yet.

Go back, then go west. Take the elevator to the upper level, then head east. You'll walk past the cleaning droid and over the Star Generator over to the Weapons Dispensary, which is looked after by a bored robot with an IQ of 4000 (who is based on Marvin the Paranoid Android from the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy series). If you talk to him, he brings up what you did at Ulence Flats. If you try to go behind the counter, he will kill you and you will die after an anvil suddenly falls on you. Instead, show him the ID card you got when you got your Sarien disguise, then wait for him to enter the other room. Go behind the counter and grab a gas grenade, then get out. You'll also get a laser pistol from the robot. If you're impatient, he will shoot you if he sees you go behind the counter, and you will die.
