We've finally beaten Natela. Now it's time to explore a seemingly endless desert and try not to die in it.
Philips Castle
Beating Natela will award you with the Silver Sword, which is stronger than the sword that you have now. Go equip it, then get out of Philips Castle. When you're outside, go to the east. There will be another door that would have been closed before beating Natela. Go inside, step on the crest in the middle of the room, and you'll be teleported to the entrance to the Dwarf Desert.
Dwarf Desert
You'll be spending a bit of time here.
The rock monsters will move slowly, and when they flash yellow, jump over their three-way fireball attack. Also, use magic against the wolves if you need to keep them away, but fight them with the sword if you can.
Your first destination is northwest of the entrance from Philips Castle, which will lead to the village of Denegul. Head there first. When you see the castle walls to the north, you'll know it's nearby.
Denegul
At the armor shop - the last you'll see in the game - you'll need 3000 gold to buy the Sonic Armor and the Great Shield. Equip them when you get them. Sadly, you'll have to go back to Voloh to buy elixirs if you desperately needs them, as the rest of the items, armor, shield and weapons in the game will have to be fought for.
One of the villagers is a village elder. He will tell you about the Moon Blade and how it is made from the Moon Stone, and that you will need it in the near future. Unfortunately, you won't get it until close to the end of the game. He will also hand you an ancient book about the Moon Blade. You now have the Ancient Book, and if you equip it and press L, you can read it.
You'll learn that the Moon Stone is in the Dwarf Cave, but it is blocked by rocks. If you manage to get in, you'll have to use the book. In the meantime, the village elder will hand you the Sky Staff, a much stronger staff than what you currently have.
By reading the Ancient Book, you'll learn of the legend of the Moon Stone, and how two lives - one of Light and one of Darkness - were sent down by the gods to protect the Moon Blade. As long as the balance between Light and Darkness are kept, the evil spirit will never return.
You'll also meet Thor here. He will tell you that he lost his pendant somewhere. When he asks for you to look for it, say yes. He will tell you that he may have lost it around Voloh, where he remembers having it last, and promises to give you something useful in return for bringing back his pendant.
Another villager will tell you that they met a scary lady in the desert. Could it be the one who kidnapped the princess...? Yet another villager will tell you that the Dwarf Cave is to the east and that it is a scary place to be.
At the restaurant, you'll learn that Princess Felicia is said to have possessed strange powers since she was born.
From here, you'll have to head all the way back to where you entered the Dwarf Desert from and head all the way back to the village of Voloh.
Elf Field and Voloh
At Voloh, the people you freed will tell you about Natela and the door that opens when you win the battle with Natela.
Another villager will tell you about how the Lakeland royal family had the power to make Lagoon Castle float in the air to protect the castle from disasters on the ground.
One of the villagers near the item shop will give you Thor's Pendant if you talk to them. With pendant in hand, head all the way to Denegul and talk to Thor again. He will give you the Powerful Mirror, which has the power to smash big rocks into pieces, meaning you will need it to enter the Dwarf Cave. Thor will then disappear again.
