In order to get around the Sariens, you'll have to get one of their uniforms. Once you do, you'll have an easier time getting around without getting shot.
Deltaur
There will be a red trunk in the middle of the next room. If you go into the room to the right, you will be shot at, so you'll have to use the trunk to get past the guard. You can either use the army knife on the trunk to place yourself inside and be carried off elsewhere, or you can use the hand icon to push the trunk to the air vent so that you can open it up with the army knife to crawl through the vents.
If you go through the air ducts, you'll be up able to go up and down floors. Go up one floor, then use the hand icon on the vent grill to kick it open and get out. (If you used the army knife on the trunk and jumped in, you'd be carried to this room.) Open the laundry machine with the hand icon, and Roger will go for the helmet only to go in. A Sarien will throw his uniform in there, then you'll be spun around. When it stops, you'll have a complete disguise on and ready to go as soon as you come out. Unfortunately, you'll lose everything except for your data cartridge. Also, an ID card will fall on the floor. Be sure to take it.
From here, go through the door. The Sariens will not mess with you now that you're in uniform. Sometimes they even salute, so it appears you are wearing the uniform of a superior officer. Head south, then head east. Strangely, you can look at some of the things below and in the room to the side, but not all. Enter the doorway to the north. If you want, get in the elevator to go to the lower level. Go south, and you'll be at the cartridge reader where you could have gotten shot at earlier. (You can read the data cartridge here, even though you had the chance to read it earlier.) From here, go west. You'll have gone in a circle. Take the elevator, and you'll be on another level of the Deltaur.
