LilithKiss drains HP from one enemy of your choice.
Haniel and Balfreys both have a lot of HP. Hope you're using Toad, Mini and Brak2 a lot. The Medusa Arrows also have a chance of causing instant death to enemies.
The Genji Gloves are useful for the Mystic Knight, assuming you have one.
Two consecutive rooms have only one correct path, as all the other paths don't lead anywhere. For the first room, it's the second path. For the second room, it's the passage in the lower-right corner.
You'll find another Kiku Blade in a secret passage. If you have a Mystic Knight, you'll want to have two Kiku Blades equipped on him.
Vassago and Cronos can both Split, so get rid of them as soon as possible.
Equip the Genji Helmet on the Mystic Knight to flesh his defense out.
