We've un-flooded the planet, but we can't go very far, unfortunately.
Head to Jiru's house. It's the house surrounded by all the cobblestone. Talk to Jiru, and he'll understand your cause. The four old men will show up and try to beat you to the sewers first. From there, follow Jiru to the stairway to the north and he'll unlock the watery paths leading to the sewers.
Get some more Carrots from the garden. At the patch ot land to the north, you'll get a Thief's Glove, a Dark Suit and a Dark Hood. All of this equipment is perfect for the Thief.
The sewer entrance is in the lower-right corner.
The TwinLiger isn't really that challenging and aren't weak to anything in particular.
The CatClaw will go along with the Kaiser Claw nicely, which will help the Karateka deal more damage until he gets more powerful.
You'll meet the four old men again. This time, they're surrounded by eight Goblins and you'll have to fight them all. They're a pushover, though.
The Storopers can Paralyze you with their physical attacks, and can Confuse you with the Glare attack. The DarkFoot and GiganToad are both weak to Lightning.
In two secret rooms on the fourth basement floor, you'll get the M.Gauche, the Thor Hammer, the Orihalcon (for the Thief), and the Power Bracelet.
When you meet Delilah, she'll toss you the Floating Shoes...but the four old men show to tell you that they are explosive fakes. They convince Delila you're the real Light Warriors and to give you the Floating Shoes, which she does. The old men then teleport you back to Amur. (If you talk to one of them in the town, they'll tell you that they used an OtterHead, which casts Exit when used and can be found in the shops.)
