In this episode, we tackle more of that trade sequence as we go exploring again.
Remember the phone booth you see when you go south from the eastern village exit en route to the Key Cavern? If you run into the tree nearby with the Pegasus Boots, you'll find another Secret Seashell.
Also, remember the screen where the bee's nest was? You'll find Tarin there now. Give him the stick and you'll be able to get the honeycomb off of the tree with his help.
Now that we can use the Pegasus Boots in the cave near the pig-man maze, we can get 50 more Rupees out of the chest we originally could not get to. There is also a bombable wall on the east side that leads to a Heart Piece.
Now that you have the honeycomb, head back to the Animal Village and talk to the chef bear. You'll be able to give him the honeycomb and get a pineapple in return.
When you leave the Animal Village and head north, you'll be able to go to another maze. Remove the rocks with the Power Bracelet, watch out for flying mushroom enemies that drop bombs and fight the Tekties. There is a bombable wall in the northwest corner of the maze that contains another Great Fairy that will refill all your health, should you need it. In the northeast corner, you'll find another hint owl that tells you that the Wind Fish will not wake up on its own.
Now that you have the pineapple, you can go back to the mountains and bring the pineapple to Papahl. In return for getting him some food - which he devours so voraciously that the music speeds up and Braun Strowman is brought to mind - you'll get a hibiscus flower.
Go back to Animal Village. Talk to the letter writing goat and you'll trade the hibiscus for a letter to Mr. Write. Mr. Write is north of the Mysterious Forest, in case you don't remember, and if you give him the letter, you'll see a picture of Princess Peach enclosed with the letter before getting a broom. Select "Fine" and take it.
If you go back to where Marin was in the village at this point, she will be gone. You'll find out from one of the quadruplets who is now there that Marin has gone to Toronbo Shores if you talk to them.
The chest north of Mr. Write's house contains 50 Rupees, now that we have the Power Bracelet.
Go back to the village and talk to the woman who was sweeping with the broom, who will now no longer have a broom. Give her the broom and you'll get a fishing hook.
Secret Seashells
16. Go to the phone booth near the Key Cavern and run into the tree next to it with the Pegasus Boots. You'll cause a Secret Seashell to pop out of the tree.
