PrinceWatercress plays Invert (OBS Edition)

Shortly after I played the game for the first time, I re-recorded it in OBS to show it at the proper 50 FPS.

Invert is a puzzle game that is very simple to play and understand. You have to step on all of the titles so they are either all red or all blue while doing it in the least possible amount of moves. U, D, L, and R let you move up, down, left and right respectively. Q lets you quit the game. When you move onto a tile, it changes from one color to the other. When you move to a tile, you cannot double back to the tile you were previously on. When you get all sixteen tiles to one color, the game tells you how many moves you took to make all the tiles one color, then you can play another puzzle if you want. There are no rewards for doing it super-fast, and there are no punishments if you have the hardest time in the world, either.

That's pretty much it to the game. Very simple 8-bit micro stuff from 1984. You'll have fun for about five to ten minutes before putting something else on.

Also, I didn't say this in the video (because I didn't check notes on bbcmicro.co.uk like I should have), but the program for this game was published in Issue 43 of Home Computing Weekly from January 1984.

Have fun, I guess.
