PrinceWatercress plays Legend of Hero Tonma (TG-16) - Part 4 of 4

We're at the end of the game. Surprisingly, the castle is the harder part of all this. But once we beat the final boss, we save the princess and beat this game!

Castle

Be careful at the beginning, as there are enemies that will spawn out of the walls and chase after you. There will be enemies flying out of the broken windows, too. After that, it's yet another vertical stage. Once again, watch out for large statues that shoot fireballs.

There will be grim reapers on clouds that shoot projectiles at you, but they can be easily defeated.

The boss is a pair of statues, one on the left and one on the right. Both have four heads each. Defeat the lower heads on both sides, then work on the upper heads. All the while, you will have to dodge fireballs, so be careful where you are moving and jumping. Thankfully, you can duck underneath the fireballs of the second-lowest heads. Once you destroy all the heads on both statues, jump over one of the statues when both of them try to crush you. The statues will run into each other and crumble.

Eeriest...

To beat the boss, stand on either the left-most or right-most end of the pentagram on the floor and keep firing at the orb. If you have max power on everything, this is easy. If you don't; get some shots in, then prepare to duck until the hands are on both sides of the screen in the air and continue to stay where you are. You'll need to avoid the projectiles by jumping, and you'll also want to stay exactly where you are. You'll be able to avoid everything easily, and the five-way shot where beams come out from all five fingers will not even hit you if you stay on the left- or right-most end of the pentagram and stay there. After you hit the orb enough, you'll free the Princess and the game is over. You did it!
