In this entry, we carefully fly through the inside of a giant whale.
Stage 4
You'll be inside a giant whale this time around. Thankfully, the game slows down here.
The worst hazard are the numerous sharp teeth at the ceiling of the stage, which will pop your balloons if you're stupid enough to fly up to them. Also, some of the teeth will wiggle, and if you get close enough to them, they will break off and fall down.
Enemies include fish and octopi that jump in and out of the water and fish that fly towards you in slight wave patterns. As nasty as the columns with the campfires can be, they are a good place to get yourself to slow down and get your bearing by floating in one place while fighting the momentum that can throw you around if you go too fast.
The boss here is a crawfish. Wait for the crawfish to rise up, then press B when you are right above its head, so you can hit the crawfish in the head and grab the balloons afterwards immediately. This battle will take some practice to perfect, as you have only two platforms at the sides to work with and nothing but water at the very bottom.
