When you try to leave the bathroom, the door back to Lefty's bar will be locked. You'll need a key.
Pick up the wet journal, then use it on the hand dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer will be broken. Click on the mirror, and Larry will suddenly talk to his mirror double, who will talk right back. Since you've touched the hand dryer, ask Mirror Larry to fix the hand dryer, and the hand dryer will be up and running again. Use the wet journal on the hand dryer to dry it again,
If you click on the sink, you'll find out it's stopped up. Click on the toilet door to find a plunger. Take the plunger and use it on the sink, and you'll find an eel. Take the eel, and it will straighten up.
From here, use the journal on the door, then use the eel on the keyhole. This will cause the key to fall on the newspaper. Take the newspaper to get the key, then take the key. When you take the key, the key will have a mind of its own. Tell the key that you are trying to unlock the door, and it will get wise. Out of the next four dialogue options, pick "Shouldn't you ask if I'm the keymaster?" The key will state that you are beyond help and allows you to use it.
Use the key on the keyhole, and you'll be in the bar...or are you? You're really in the White House, and you'll meet Donald Trump. (I'm serious.) You'll also get an achievemnt ("Grab her by the pixel") At this point, you'll hear more modern music bleed in and out of the background. Regardless of which dialogue options, you'll go through one awkward conversation where his kids Bill and Milenia view Larry as a role model. Regardless of what you pick for the dialogue options, Larry will say something completely different that reflects the , and Trump will think that Larry is becoming politically correct as he suddenly starts wearing eye shadow, lipstick and earrings. All the while, Larry will start thinking he has gone mad before a high-pitched noise can be heard.
Larry then wakes up, and Kyle and Finley get Larry up to speed on what has been happened. You'll find out that Prune's share price has sunk to an all-time low and that Faith has taken off with B.J. on a yacht to Cancum. Larry hades to the pier, thinking that Faith is in trouble.
At the pier, B.J. and Faith argue over what has happened, and Larry shows up too late to get on the boat...almost. The only way to get in is with the porthole, which you'll need to click on. You'll get an Instacrap cutscene of Larry getting on the ship. You'll be on the ship, but you'll lose everything in your inventory except for Pi. You won't need everything from earlier where you're going. Go through all the dialogue options with Pi, then you'll be in control again.
It's time to max a sex doll. Grab the push-up bra in the nearby pipe, then click on the cracked crate to uncover some crowbars. Grab a crowbar, then use the crowbar on the upside down crate to open a loose board. You'll be able to get a sharp piece of wood and a rubber chicken.
Use the sharp piece of wood on the vibrating parcel - since you won't be able to use your bare hands to open it if if you just click on it - then click on the parcel to get a Vibratomizer 3000. From there, use the crowbar on the coffin to find a rubber doll that looks exactly like B.J. Use the Vibratomizer 3000, the rubber chicken and the push-up bra on the doll, then take the doll.
Use the crowbar on the toxic waste barrel, then place the mannequin in the glowing ooze to get it to blow up. From here, Larry will pleasure himself for 30 seconds, then end up in Cancum despite the trip supposedly nearly four hours, as mentioned earlier by Pi. You'll actually get an achievement for this ("Hitting the all-time low"), then you'll be in Cancum.
