Before heading to Eudora, we explore Kerwan some more to complete the obstacle course, get the Swingshot and go for more collectibles.
Before we head to Eudora, there are still something that we can do in Kerwan.
In the opposite direction of the main path past the Gadgetron Vendor is the obstacle course. Before you start making your way up, walk around for a few seconds and grab all the Bolts that are nearby.
As for the zip lines, just stand directly underneath where they start and jump straight up. You should be able to grab on and slide down. Thankfully, the green markers will tell you where to stand, and there are not many of these in the game.
The obstacle course has you wall jumping and platforming your way to the top. Halfway through the climb, you'll start seeing platforms and walls that will move in and out of the structure. Most of these things will be platforms you'll need to jump on, but there are two instances where you'll need to wall jump off walls that move in and out. If you've got wall jumping down, though, these moving walls should be no problem.
6:46 - You should have the Heli-Pack here; it's definitely recommended for the obstacle course. By jumping and gliding towards this building, you can get another Gold Bolt. Also, all the crates here are a one-shot deal.
When you reach the end where the robot trainer is doing jumping jacks, you're supposed to get the reward, but this woman, who is a heck of an exercise elitist, holds out on you. You'll need to pay her 1,000 Bolts to get the Swingshot, which will allow you to hook onto Versa-Targets and pull yourself to them and even swing on them. The green ones are just used to pull you to one location, while the yellow ones can actually be swung on as long as you are holding the Circle button. If you need to, you can hold L1 to aim; otherwise, you just need to be close enough to shoot the Swingshot at the target and press and hold the Circle button. Letting go in mid-grapple will cause you to fall straight down, so don't do it unless you are where you want to land.
18:03 - If you jump down and glide from here, you'll land at the huge statue above Big Al's Robo Shack. Stand between the legs of the statue to get a Skill Point.
If you're low on health when you save your game, you'll get full health back when you load it back up.
