PrinceWatercress plays MediEvil - Part 3 of 24

In today's episode, we head to the Hilltop Mausoleum, fight the Stained Glass Demon, then head back to the graveyard to heal up and learn a few things about the game.

56 - As soon as you go in, you'll meet the imps. Some have torchers, but others will run at you in an attempt to steal your weapons. For some reason, the ones here want to run to the gate. Be sure to check out the holes the imps came out of for pick-ups.

30 - Break this coffin with the club to open it up and continue on. The light emanating from the floor is a clue.

56 - Time to channel our inner "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and kick some imp butt.

22 - Break the stained glass spikes with the club, and watch you step.

57 - Take out the enemies and grab what you need before taking the rune; the ground will collapse when you do. Double tap to dash an get out of there!

45 - We'll meet the imps with the free hands. Once again, if they get close, they will take a weapon. If they run into a nearby hole before you can kill them and get the weapon back, you'll be left without that weapon until you buy it back from the merchant gargoyle for a steep price.

55 - Getting the blue Moon Rune and opening the gate.

55 - The Moon Rune leads to an Energy Vial and the Sheet Music. Once you get the Sheet Music, run.

45 - Getting the Chaos Rune and giving the Sheet Music. By giving the Sheet Music to the ghost at the organ, we get 150 gold and the Chalice.

42 - Push the torch across the dirt path to the stained glass heart. This will break the heart.

45 - The fight with the Stained Glass Demon. Equip the Crossbow, and when the demon exposes its heart in the center of the room, get near the heart and start firing at it. Dan will aim at the heart automatically when he sees it. If the demon shoots out glass shards, you can run away from them as well as block them. The Stained Glass Demon also stomps around and has two other attacks: a laser that encases you in stained glass that requires you to mash buttons to break free, and a screen-encompassing light that damages you no matter what. When you beat the Demon, you'll be able to get the Skull Key. You'll then end the level.

By the way, if you run out on Throwing Daggers or the Bronze Shield, the game will drop you a new one during the battle. (thanks LyingSecret)

55 - This time around, you'll be able to get the War Hammer from Stanyer Iron Hewer. Take it; it's pretty useful, as it does not fall apart like a club does and it produces a small shockwave when you hold Square for a second and release.

08 - Smashing the hands that move around with either the club or the War Hammer will give you a little bit of gold for each one.

47 - There is some ground that I accidentally stand on for a second. I could have kept going on that path for that chest I saw earlier! Dang it! (Thanks LyingSecret)
