When you enter this boss battle, you'll find out that Baron Samedi has Kesho imprisoned so he can force her to serve him in ways Akuji could not. Kesho will tell Akuji that the Baron possessed his brother Orad and had him killed, and spoke to Akuji in her voice to get him to do his dirty work. If you are to set everything straight and co
Hit the tarus points at random points in the arena and get some spells, and use them against Baron Samedi. You'll want to keep a good distance away from the Baron, as he has some magic of his own to hit you with and he can also give you a very hard time if you take him on from up close. His flaming shoulder tackle will knock you off the edge of the arena and kill you if you're too close, and he can also push you around, too. If you see any projectiles from out of nowhere, run away from the Baron and attack him from a distance if you can, especially with Soul Seeker.
One of the tarus points will be on a platform separated from the rest of the arena by a narrow bridge. This one contains a heart to restore a good amount of health with. Don't expect this one to show up too often.
You may get some close-range weapon, such as the Ring of Death or the Shield of Blood, which allows you to restore your health with your melee attacks. if you can utilize them, do so.
When you beat Baron Samedi, the Baron turns into a winged demon. While some of his attacks such as the flaming shoulder tackle are gone, he can still throw plenty of projectiles. The Shield of Blood actually works better here, as the second form stays closer to the ground than the first one does. Eventually, the demon form will lose his legs and float around in the air while shooting fireballs everywhere. Get under him and blast away with Energy Blast. You'll beat Baron Samedi and return to the land of the living while also restoring everything back to the way it was. You've won!
If you complete the game with all 52 ancestors, you'll get a hidden scene where Akuji saves Kesho from some green, lizard-like demon.by sacrificing it.
