PrinceWatercress plays Bravoman - Part 4 of 7

Sometimes I could not catch a break with this game. Nothing like getting a ton of health only to ultimately lose most of it.

I also couldn't catch a break with this video; the commentary is behind on this one.

Stage 9

Super jumping near the start makes it possible to get some fireballs at the beginning. This makes it easier to deal with enemies.

The red and blue enemies that circle around you are made easier if you destroy one of them immediately; as it stops them from shocking you and draining your health.

There are a pair of pipes you can crawl through, and if you attack near the end, you'll end up in another dimension where you can get a continue. If you lose all your health, you use a continue, and if you use a continue, you start back at the beginning of the current stage. You start with five, but you can get more.

The sushi gives even more energy than the rice balls.

The boss is some sort of red robot with a scorpion tail. Attack the tail while avoiding projectiles. After some damage, the tail is gone and the boss keeps chasing after you. Keep jumping over it and hitting it as it keeps approaching you.

You'll be able to get food for red icons after this.

Stage 10

The earth monsters require two hits to kill and have very narrow bounces when they turn into balls.

The purple-haired woman is easy to beat up when you have the punch power-up. Otherwise, hit her a couple times, then back away to avoid the flames and be ready to move to avoid the daggers. When she runs up to the roof, you can still hit her.

You'll be able to get food for red icons after this.

Stage 11

Here, you can get a ton of power-ups. If you can find the fireball power-ups, you can destroy the face robots easily.

The bullet train power-up lets you skip the rest of the stage and go on to the next one.
