We check out the town of Toroia before heading back to Baron for supplies.
Northeast of Toroia is the Dark Elf cave, but there is no way to land the airship over there.
Town of Toroia
Get the Great Bow for Cecil. You can use that with the Holy Arrows from earlier. Also, you can get Ruby Rings in the armor shop.
You can buy a Pass in the cafe for 10,000 Gil. If you talk to the people here, you'll find out that this is more of...an adult establishment. The Pass is used for the big door in the wall, and if you flash it at the guy there, you'll be able to enter the King's Pub. Talk to the guy at the bar, and you'll get some 16-bit adult entertainment in the form of nine dancing showgirls. That's pretty much all the underground area is for, but if you go into the room the girls came out of, you'll find the dressing room. There's nothing important there, unfortunately.
Upstairs is the members only area. You won't be able to get much in the way of information here; this is more for comedic purposes.
Namingway will be in the pond to the north. You'll have to enter the water in the southeast corner to get to him. However, there is a nook near Namingway, and if you enter it, you'll find 1,000 Gil, a Dry Ether, an Ether and a Scape Doll that casts Blink.
The building in the northeast is the Black Chocobo Farm. Here, you can see a couple of Black Chocobos, and you will learn that some of the Black Chocobos in the forest up north will be able to fly, unlike the ones tamed by humans here. You can use those Black Chocobos to fly to the Dark Elf's cave to the northeast.
Around Toroia, Death Beauties and WoodEyes are both weak to fire, and TwinSnakes are weak to ice and Holy (Pearl). Hell Needles will counter-attack physical attacks. There is also an enemy known as Cait Sith (not to be confused with the Final Fantasy VII character of the same name), which has a Blaster attack that can insta-kill any of your characters instantly if they are the only enemy on the battlefield. Thankfully, the Cait Sith is vulnerable to the Piggy status ailment, and if you use the Apparition Rod as an item in battle, you can easily inflict it on the Cait Sith and keep them from doing anything besides physical attacks (which is why it pays to get rid of the Piggy ailment as soon as possible).
Town of Baron
At the armor shop, get two Bandannas and two Kenpou robes. From here, take the Devil Road to Mysidia and max out on Holy Arrows for Cecil.
