Can we make it to the top of the Tower of Zot and rescue Rosa?

As soon as you get on the airship, Kain's airship will show up. Cecil and company will get on the airship with the Crystal of Earth, and they will end up in a tower. Kain will tell Cecil that Golbez wants to thank him personally when Cecil asks where Rosa is. Golbez announces that he is on the top floor of the tower with Rosa, and will exchange her for the Crystal of Earth in thanks for sparing him from having to invade a town...if Cecil can get there quickly enough.

Pranskters are weak to Fire, but you will want Tellah to Mute them first so that they can't counter-attack with Confuse in case you don't kill them in one shot. The Centaurs have plenty of hit points, but they don't really do anything special.

The Flame Mail is for Cecil, and it increases his magic defense in addition to his regular defense.

The Bavarois are also weak to Fire, as are the Blizlizards. However, the Bavarois has great physical defense. In case of multiple Bavarois, cast Fire 2 on all of them.

The Marionette are weak to Fire, but the Marion is not. If you leave Marion alone, it will summon more Marionettes, so you will want to kill the Marion quickly. You can cast Mini on the Marion, however.

One of the chests contains a Flame Dog. Make sure you equip Yang with an Ice Claw so he can do a huge amount of damage, and use Ice 2. You'll get the Flame Sword for Cecil for defeating it, and it is even better than the Dancing Dagger when used as an item.

The Ice Beast is obviously weak to fire, while the Sorceress and Lady Guard are both weak to Mini. You can also cast Piggy on the Sorceress as well, so use the Apparition Rod on her.
