Chris and Adam of The Gaming Corner talk about King's Quest VII, and talk about not only whether it helped killed the franchise, but whether the story had a hand in weakening whatever the seventh game had going for it.
Going back to my own personal opinions, I do like the seventh game and have nostalgia for it - having liked it as a kid and played it myself after watching my older sister play it - looking back at it, the game has not aged well after knowing that Animation Magic animated everything and having seen the first six games in action. King's Quest VI was a tough act to follow, and the seventh game feels like a step back.
