HCBailly plays Soul Blazer - Part 14 of 33


We head to the rainy island of Blester in this entry.

St. Elle's Seabed



En route to Blester, you'll be able to release a mermaid as well as another temple in the upper-right corner of the sanctuary.

There is a river current. If you walk into it, you will be pushed to the left. You'll need to use it to release more souls, including that of an angelfish as well as another gem that gives you experience.

When you come here, it will be raining. 

You'll be able to release two mermaids, another angelfish, another dolphin near Lue's cell, and the fourth and final mermaid statue. This statue will open a pathway to the ghost ship to the northwest in the seabed.

The gold blocks are lightning pyramids. Touch them with the Thunder Ring and they will generate lightning that will destroy enemies who are stupid enough to be directly near it. Use this to get rid of the gray monkeys en masse.

One of the mermaids you just freed will tell you that the coral reef is home to the dolphins and that the pearls made there are their treasure.

The dolphin you freed in Blester will be asleep. Use the Dream Rod on it, and you'll be in the dream worl again. Go south and talk to the dolphin, and the dolphin will tell you that they used to live here and is trying to remember something but cannot. When the dolphin closes their eyes, they see something like a ball, shiny and black. You'll then be kicked back into the Dream World. Go back in and use the Pearl, and the dolphin will remember the Coral Reef. You'll then be able to step on a cleared monster lair to open up a passage in the real world. If you talk to this dolphin again in the real world, the dolphin will remember you from the dream.
