Cloud Ruins
You'll definitely need the bee for this one.
When you approach the cloud platform after the frog, the screen will start floating upward. You'll want to land on any platform you can find when you reach the top, then start flying again. Avoid the birds that drop eggs downward.
When the sky turns yellow and you see the blue-tinted cloud platforms, you've made it to the top. The level will be able to proceed as normal.
The dandelion seed skulls are back, but at least you can attack them as the bee.
You'll eventually have to make your way back down, and you'll have to do this without the bee suit. Just time your jumps carefully, and be sure to off-screen the dandelion seed before you attempt the downward auto-scrolling segment.

Topsy-Turvy
What's really funny is that if you look at the map upside-down, you'll find that the level looks like completely normal right-side up.
Anyway, you'll definitely need the bee for this one, as well as the mouse. That croquet mallet is the only way you're going to get over that wall.
