Now that we've made it past the front door of the lab, it's now time to go deeper. The main corridor is the way down, and there are plenty of monsters - and hazards - before we can reach the exit.

Main Corridor

The little green aliens that move back and forth on the ceilings will drop down when you are directly under them. Thankfully, they do not double back after they drop down, so you can easily duck down and shoot them from behind  Also, the ceiling slimes from the cave, the purple slimes and the spitting cobra enemies all make a return here.

The red doors will take you from one area of the corridor to another, so opening those doors up is the main priority.

Above the second red door is a grenade. Leap into the ceiling to get it.

You can go through the crats in the third area, which makes it easier to shoot the enemies. You'll need to hit the switch for the bridge to continue on here. If you go all the way to the right after dropping down where the , you'll find the secret level gem...and the Episode 2 secret level is the worst.

To get to the combination area - the colors are blue, cyan, green, purple and red - from the bottom of the level, you'll have to go all the way left, go up to reach the area with the combination on the wall, then jump into the wall on the right where the small acid pool is. If you get the combination right, you'll get a couple of points and some health. If you get it wrong, you get killed by the nearby bees.

From here, drop straight down the opening to the left and don't move. You'll land on a platform. Jump your way to the right to reach a red door leading to the hostage, who will tell you about the The Enforcer, who has locked up hostages on the other floors.. After the hostage, you'll have to jump from ladder to ladder to clear the acid pit. For best results, jump from the bottom of each ladder, and hold Up and Right to ensure you grab the next ladder as you jump.

As for the secret level, it is very difficult. You will have to do some pixel-perfect platform to jump to all the platforms without landing in the tar pit, the spots with the enemies or the spike pits below. If you mess up once, you're losing a life and starting all the way over at the beginning. The winning run will be in the next video, because this secret level is atrociously difficult. Oh, and you only get one extra life at the end.
