Episode One ends with a fight with Dr. Mangle aka Elmo Whitecliff. What we find out changes the game, as it becomes apparent that Dr. Mangle was forced to do all this by somebody else.
Mangle's Last Stand
The color combination in above the start. Jump on top of the doorway to get to it. The combination will net you a machine gun clip.
When you meet Dr. Mangle, he will transform himself into a monstrous beast. Quickly get past him, get on the platform and hit the switch to take the platform upwards. Get everything you can, including the gray key. Use it to unlock the secret door at ground level. You'll need to use this door as cover to keep from being blasted by Dr. Mangle's projectiles. Shoot at Dr. Mangle, then go through the door at ground level and wait above for Dr. Mangle to pass by. When that happens, take the door back to ground level. If you have mines, lay one at the door for some extra damage.
When you beat Dr. Mangle, Dr. Mangle will turn back to human form and tell you that he was forced to do all this for a mysterious man named Dr. Cain. He then gives you access to an escape jet and coordinates for a secret laboratory to destroy before dying. The adventure continues in Episode Two!
