This is the point where the second episode gets more difficult.
Ant Caves
This level is a bit of a maze, but at least it is easy to figure out where you are going.
The ants go down in three shots, but they will come at you when you are on their level. The purple spiked spheres that move up and down cannot be hurt at all, and you are better off avoiding them.
The rotating spike bridge shortly after the beginning is easy to get through. The one with the entire line of spikes is easy to get through if you just keep jumping. (That's if you're going right. If you're going left on it, just stand between the spikes.
The platforms that phase in and out can be a pain if you're not paying attention. They lead to a robot that gives you the Cyan, Red, Magenta, Green, Blue. Avoid the points below; they're not worth it.
If you walk straight off the edge where the platforms that phase in and out and immediately go right as you're falling, you'll find a hard to reach area. There is a switch here that lets you get rid of the bridges.
The hostage here will tell you about a small nuclear device that will let you destroy the lab. You'll need to find and use it in the main lab where you will find it to destroy the lab. This will be fun...
There is a door below the rotating spike bridge slowly after the beginning. If you enter it, you can get an extra life that can be easy to miss. As for the exit, you'll need to input the color combination you just got before the spiked ceiling crushes you...and make sure you do it right. You'll open up a part of the floor which allows you to drop down and insert the chip that lets you exit the stage. If you fall down without triggering the switch for the nearby platform beforehand, you can go back to where the spikes were and walk across the ceiling to head to Ant Town.
There is a pick-up below where you start, and while you can take some stone platforms that drop under your weight to get there, you can drop straight down to get there if you know what you're doing. The door there will make it easier to get more bonus points. As far as the secret area goes, you can get a bunch of gems and points if you know what you're doing. (Thanks DOSGamert)
