Now that Leonardo's story arc is done, it's time to play with the rest of the turtles, starting with Raphael. As you're about to see, each turtle plays differently.
Raphael - Act 1
Michelangelo and Raphael are sparring when Michelangelo gets Raphael wound up to the point that he loses his temper and has to cool off after hitting Michelangelo. Meanwhile, the news reports on a vigilante attacking the Purple Dragon Gang, and we get to hear from the vigilante himself.
As Raphael steps out to cool down, two gangsters of the Purple Dragon Gang attack a woman to try to steal her purse. This starts Act 1, where all the enemies are the Purple Dragon gangsters that you've met in Act 1 of Leonardo's story.
Raphael plays a little differently from Leonardo. His charge kick is a lightning kick. He can perform a combo while crouching, but he can also climb walls if you hold towards a wall while jumping. From there, Up and Down climbs, while pressing the D-Pad away from the wall lets you jump backwards off the wall.
The sides of the cyan building hides two crystals that you can pick up. Just latch onto both sides of the building with Raphael's sai and climb all the way up to get both of them.
There are crates you can destroy, with some of them hiding health, but watch out, as some of them can hide dynamite that can blow up on you.
The second section of this area has you jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Thankfully, there are no bottomless pits. When you reach the red metal platforms, climb all the way up the wall to the far right to get a third crystal. Also, keep in mind that you can grab the underside of these platforms and walk on them, which is pretty cool and can help you get past enemies.
After you beat all the enemies in the second section, you'll meet the vigilante, Casey. Casey will soon meet Raphael, and the two of them come to blows over what they consider justice. This starts a fight.
Raphael - Act 2
Hit Casey with full standing combos and charge attacks. If you knock Casey down, get away from him so he doesn't hit you on the way back up. When you get Casey down to half health, he'll drop the hockey stick and throw bats at you. Thankfully, there's energy at the roof.
After the boss battle, Casey gets a cheap shot on Raphael and challenges him to a fight at Central Park Friday night.
That night, the Ninja Turtles look for Casey. When they catch Casey on his motorbike, Raphael gives chase on the Shell Cycle, something that Donatello has ready for a chase situation.
Raphael - Act 3
Up and Down moves, A accelerates, and B jumps. Make sure to pick up fuel cans to ensure you make it to the end. Dirt slows you down. Chevrons speed you up. Ramps let you jump. Be sure not to run into tires, barrels and spike barricades. Cones are okay.
At the beginning, stay up top for a crystal hidden in a cone. Stay in the middle of the first big ramp and jump over the ramp to hit the cone for another crystal. After this, stay at the bottom, hit the chevrons and jump over the spike barricades.
It may take a few tries to get this short course memorized, but once you do, you can easily get past Casey while getting both crystals at the same time. You'll have to beat Casey to Central Park in order to beat the act.
After the race, Raphael gets to know Casey a little better. Casey talks about how his father's business was destroyed by the Purple Dragons when he refused to pay them protection money. After they have a good laugh, they are soon met by Dragon Face. This starts the final act of Raphael's storyline.
Raphael - Act 4
This time, you'll be fighting regular enemies with Casey. Let Casey do some of the work, as you'll need the help. Eventually, Dragon Face will show up once you take them all out. He'll follow Raphael, and he has a spinning punch and the ability to call for some minions. Use your crouching kick combo to get through him and the minions, and let Casey do some of the work just like earlier.
After the fight, everyone celebrates, then Casey and Raphael have another laugh before accidentally hitting each other so hard that they both lose their tempers.
