At this point in the game, you'll start seeing normal enemies with small blue energy bars along with the full yellow ones.
The Fisherman will swing from one side of the screen to the other with his sword out, ready to slash you. Line yourself up with them, then jump up and kick to get rid of them.
Near the end of the stage, fireballs will start raining down from the sky. Stay to the far left when this happens.
The boss here is Mantus. Mantus can block with his sword, and he has a good amount of reach with his sword. He can also leap back to avoid a running attack, spin around before executing a quick slash to counter-attack when you grab him, and perform a running slash that will immediately knock you down. Keep your distance, and keep throwing the many enemies that surround Mantus into him and that fifth treasure will eventually be yours.
