HalfBlindGamer plays Link: The Faces of Evil - Part 4 of 15

"Of course not!"

Toyku Lighthouse

Along with the usual Daira scramble, you'll also meet the Arpagos here. These pterodactyl-like creatures will dive down, making it harder to move around when taking on multiple enemies. You'll soon find out all of the flying enemies do this, and some of them are even faster than the Arpagos.

Watch out for the falling rocks when you approach the house on the right side of the area.

Inside the house to the right, carefully make your way down. If any enemies appear, take care of them immediately so they don't swamp you as you go further down. At the bottom is Hamsha, a large woman whose necklace was stolen by dragons. She'll tell you to get it back from him, even though she's already wearing a necklace.

Enter the door to the left of Hamsha. You'll explore more of the Toyku Lighthouse area. There's a bridge with a few gaps you'll have to jump over, but if you fall, there are two ropes you can climb up on either side of the bridge, making this section rather forgiving for a part of a game that has rather iffy controls.

When you reach the lighthouse, enter. Take out all the Dairas as you climb to the top. There, you'll meet an old man. He gives you the Lantern. From here, you can exit the area.

Beating this area gives you access to Firestone Lake, near the volcano at the top of the map.
