Talk to Gwonam. You'll find out Lupay is using a ruby to replace Koridians' souls with those of Moblins, changing them into Moblins.
Take out all the Arpagos and Boons on the way up to the door at the top of the cliffside. When you enter, light up the area with the Magic Lantern and climb up.
The black balls with the angry faces and two legs are called Sidesteppers. They're pretty easy to kill off, since they just move back and forth.
The little blue guys that look like they're wearing helmets are called Bots. The second one carries a key that you'll need to open the door at the top, and they'd be so much easier to kill if they weren't so small. Use your bombs if you can.
When you enter the door, Harlequin returns. Also, Link tells HBG to clean his game disc...and the game abruptly ends. (Of course, that's not actually supposed to happen.)
