"Oh my goodness! This is awful!"
Militron
Talk to Gwonam. He'll show you Militron changing Koridians into Armos Knights.
You can climb up the trees here. Watch out for the Arpagos here. At this point, you're probably doing this in every vertical section anyway.
Blow up the boulder at the top with either the Power Glove or some bombs, then go in.
You'll have to duck to kill the Spiders. They always drop a Blue Rupee, so take them out when you et the chance.
You'll find another skull wall to blow up with some bombs.
The door at the end will take you to a darkened room. The yellow things that look like they have smoke trails following them are Flying Fish. They're not very fast, though.
When you reach the door on the upper floor, you'll take on Militron...if you can reach him. Thankfully, you have to drop down instead of climbing up. To beat him, hit him in the head repeatedly. This is much easier if you have full health, since you can safely hit him in the head with five sword beams to finish him off. When he falls, he turns back into an old man in his underwear. Another converted Koridian? Or some guy who willfully joined Ganon? I can't tell.
The red demons that fly around are called Achemans (Achemen?), in case anyone's wondering.
Beating Militron awards you with the Winged Helmet. This allows you to jump further at the cost of five Rupees. You'll also be able to go to Glutko (northwest of Goronu) and Shipwreck Cliff (the grounded ship southwest of Militron).
