I can't think of a quote to put here, so here, have some Octoroks.
Firestone Lake
You'll meet the Octoroks here. They will move around slowly and spit rocks at you.
Drop down, then go back to the left to get on the raft and continue with the level. At the volcano, you'll deal with some Fire Dairas.
When you enter the cave in the volcano, you'll meet Gwonam for the first time since you entered Koridai. You'll find out that Ganon has kidnapped Zelda and is holding her a prisoner.
Use the lantern and carefully work your way down. Just like in Wand of Gamelon, you'll be relighting the lantern constantly as your way will be lit for about fifteen seconds. The Phyrandaii (the fireballs that fly from the top and bottom of the screen) can only be killed with the Snowballs. At least they can't chase you endlessly.
Midway through the cave, you'll find the Grapple Berries. Take them, because you're going to need them later.
At the bottom is a Phyrandaii that takes multiple hits. Take him out to get the Fire Diamond. You'll be able to leave this area.
Completing this area will allow access to Shipwreck Cliff. It's at the viking ship above Crater Cove.
Spearfish Falls
At the beginning, take the lower path to get on the raft and enter the next area. Strike down the Goriyas as well as the Keese (the bats that fly around) as you make it through the cave.
The jump across the waterfall violates the laws of perspective. The first rock is in the background while the second is right in front of the "camera." Therefore, that jump should be longer than what it actually is. I kid you not.
Use a Bomb to break the boulder blocking the exit.
The sword-beaked fish that fly around are the Spearfish, the namesake of the falls. Destroy them whenever they appear so you don't get swarmed as you climb up the rocks. When you make it to the top, you'll meet some fairies. They'll consider you their hero and give you an extra heart, bringing your maximum health to four hearts. If you keep coming back to them, they'll refill your health. Head through the cave to the right to move on.
