Castle Phin
Head to the upper-right corner of the throne room and press A at the wall. Use the Say command and you'll be able to access the hidden passage.

The Suckers can drain your MP with their physical attacks.
The Brains can cast Fog and Mute on you, while the Changers can cast Change to swap stats with one of your party members, making that specific person much easier to kill. That's not good, as they basically have less than you.
The Mantises are somewhat powerful, but thankfully they don't have any special attacks or anything to worry about.
The Flame Shield will cut the amount of damage dealt from Fire-based spells dramatically.
