While you're in town, sell all your excess inventory. You'll probably have quite a few things on your person that you won't need at this point after all that exploring and storyline progression.
Soldiers start appearing as random encounters now. Fight them like you did the first time.
You can win a Blink (BLNK) spell book from the Ogre Mages.
It should be mentioned that the Mages sometimes drop Magic Canes in addition to books for the Beserk (BSRK) spell. If you get one and you have somebody mastering Canes in your party, equip it as an item. It can cast Bolt 5 when used as an item.
The Wizard Ogres (WzOgre) can be fought against like you did the Mages. Take them out as quickly as possible, as they can Blind your entire party and cast Blink on themselves.
