This is it! The end of the Classic Trilogy! Now you have to fight...Donovan's skeleton? What?
vs. Donovan
Donovan picks the wrong cup and rapidly ages into a skeleton before turning to dust. In the movie, this obviously kills him, but in the game, he just becomes a skeleton and you have to kill him. Apparently, Donovan knows how to fight in his skeletal form almost immediately. Now that is how you take liberties with a movie script!
Ignore the Knight of the Grail; he just stands there and watches, cheering you on. Get the whip out of the pack and jump over his head when he throws it at you like a bowling ball. He'll also throw bones at you, and they go pretty far. When he goes to the center of the screen and leaps straight up, he will seperate into six pieces. These pieces then rotate around the screen and converge back into the full skeleton after a few seconds. When that happens, run to the center, then roll when they move back to combine. You'll be able to tell when that happens when the parts slow down.
He's most vulnerable when he's standing around throwing bones or using his bowling ball attack.
After you've hit him enough times, it's over! You've saved your father with the real Holy Grail! You've won!
