In this entry, we head back to Quartu and use the Hologuise to get into the factory. This adventure is about to go full circle.
For the hoverboard Skill Point, your best bet is to do stunts that require pressing three buttons to pull off. You'll also want to do the Twisty McMarx every once in a while, as it gives you more points than anything else. You can answer more or less all of your hoverboard questions here.
Robot Plant - Quartu
Now that you have the Hologuise, you can now go to the factory close to the start, use the Hologuise while not in clear view of the huge robot inside, then press Circle to wave at the robot and gain clearance. While in disguise, you cannot jump or shoot your guns, and if you shoot your guns, you'll transform back and the disguise will be ruined. Once you're in, transform back to Ratchet and take out the robot before he activates the security system, which will activate the sentry guns that shoot fireballs that home in on you...and boy, do those hurt.
If you can stay out sight, you can destroy the enemies with the Devastator or the Visibomb gun.
The green canisters that fall down from the conveyor belts will knock you off the edge while you're shimmying across it, so watch out for them.
There are areas where you will be forced to take out the robot guards. As mentioned before, be ready to destroy the robots and fall back to someplace safer in case the sentry guns are activated.
At the end of the factory, Clank talks to the computer that created him, and he and Ratchet are rewarded with an Infobot where Drek reveals the planet he will destroy...Planet Veldin! He now has another planet-destroying weapon called the De-Planetizer that will allow him to destroy the planet. Ratchet is infuriated and makes plans to head to Drek's ship in order to find out where the De-Planetizer is. Drek's Fleet is now available.
Before you leave, equip the Swingshot and look up. There will be a Versa-Target. Swing to it to get a Gold Bolt that is very easy to miss. You can then take the nearby slide to go all the way back to the ship.
