Go all the way to the left and take the air current to the top. Grab the flying Muu and throw it out of your way, then walk off the edge to the right. Vision 5 Boss
You'll catch up to Emperor Jillius, who says that he was born an Emperor and that Klonoa and Huepow would never understand. An enemy comes out of him.
Grab a Muu, then wait for Jillius to throw a projectile. Throw the Muu into the projectile. It will hit the boss. You'll then enter an alternate dimension-like version of the throne room where Julius is asleep. Avoid the boss' projectiles, Grab Muus and throw them at the miniature clones of the boss, then throw another Muu at the boss itself when it dives down. You'll have to do this three times.
On the third loop, you'll have to watch the top of the screen to avoid the blasts of energy that come down. After three waves of blasts, you'll get the Julius projectile. After the third hit, Julius will congratulate you for figuring things out, then Bagoo, Julius' minister, shows up and reveals he was behind the entire thing and the real figurehead of the world: the King of Despair. He then says that he will turn all dreamers into monsters, then declare that Klonoa and Huepow will be next. Welcome to the final boss battle.
The boss will be one of three different colors, and the Muu that you throw at it must match the color of the mask. Otherwise, the mask color will change. You'll have to keep throwing Muus at the mask until both match, then you'll have to throw another enemy at the boss when it turns into some sort of metal slime in order to do damage.
When you deal damage, you'll have to avoid the bits of the boss that come out from the bottom of the screen. You'll have to keep jumping around in order to stay in place, as you will be moved if you stay on the floor here.
On the second loop, you'll have to deal with the blobs coming down from the bottom as well as the plasma bolt that travels across the floor before you can get the boss to switch from mask to metal form. After dealing damage a second time, you'll have to avoid the metal bits of the boss as they shoot out at you from the background. Sometimes the floor will be moving; sometimes it will not. Nevertheless, avoid getting hit.
After the third hit, you'll defeat the final boss and beat the game. Jillius will explain that Bagoo took advantage of his inability to dream due to being born an emperor, then states that his real purpose is to give dreams to his people and thanks Klonoa. Jillius then wakes up on his throne room, and the whole adventure was a dream the entire time. He then addresses the people of his empire and tells them of our adventure, then grants the ability to dream to his people again as he declares his kingdom "The Empire of Dreams." Jillius then thanks Klonoa.
