Mental note: going up inclines with the brown spring hair is impossible.
The wheels keep turning to the left, so keep going right and jump when you reach the center.
If you get caught between two wheels turning in opposite directions, you will get crushed.
Near the end of the level, you'll see some freeze rays above a conveyor belt. Let them hit you. You'll turn into a block of ice and go all the way down to the goal, taking out all the enemies as you go. You'll run into the spikes, but they'll just unfreeze you as you make your way down after touching the goal.
