Well, this game got weird.
After picking up the wet journal, click on the hand dryer to dry it off. You'll find out it's not working. Click on the bathroom mirror. After talking to mirror Larry, ask him to fix the hand dryer. The hand dryer, which will not be working at first, will now be up and running. Use the wet journal on the hand dryer to dry it, then use the journal on the door. Use the plunger on the sink to find an eel. When you pick it up, the eel will become stiff.
Use the journal on the door, which will be locked with the key on the other side. Use the stiff eel on the door to knock the key off so that it lands on the other side of the journal, then click on the journal again to get the key. When you click on the key, however, it will have a mind of its own. Tell the key that you are just trying to unlock the door, then ask the key to ask if you are the keymaster. You'll be able to use the key to open the door and get out of the bathroom.
Instead of Lefty's bar, however, you'll be in the White House - sorry, the "Oral Office," - in front of Donald Trump. (I wish I was making this up, but given this is 2018...) You'll get an achievement ("Grab Her By The Pixel") before starting a rather awkward conversation with Donald Trump and his kids, and as you go through the dialogue questions, Larry will start saying things opposite of the intention behind the chosen option regardless of what you pick, and Donald Trump gets mad at you before suddenly wearing eyeliner, lipstick and earrings. As Larry realizes he is losing himself, he suddenly comes to and wakes back up in the real world. Kyle and Finley will be nearby, and explain that the new PiPhone exploded, Larry was knocked out, Prune's share price dropped and Faith has taken off with BJ to BJ's villa in Cancum.
At Pier 69, Faith chews out BJ, telling him that all he had to do was make sure Larry didn't get in their way, and said that he could have just bumped him off. She then says that it is time things changed around here, and that they should leave. They both head to the nearby ship, and Larry will be close behind. This time, the porthole will be open. Click on it, and you'll get an Instacrap video where Larry will try to dive into the porthole. You'll be inside, but your inventory will now be completely empty. Thankfully, you'll still have your PiPhone. Pi won't be able to entertain you on the long way to Cancum, so you'll have to come up with something.
There will be a few things you can pick up inside the ship. There is a bra in one of the pipes, as well as a vibrating package. You won't be able to open the package yet. You can also click on the huge crate to the right of the bra to find a loose board, but you won't be able to pry it out. Click on the cracked crate (complete with a Half-Life 3 reference) to break it open and find an innumerable amount of crowbars. Take a crowbar, then use it on both the toxic barrel and the huge crate to the right. There will be a rubber chicken. Take that, then take the sharp piece of wood that is revealed. Use the crowbar on the nearby coffin to find a blow-up BJ doll. Use the sharp piece of wood on the vibrating package to open it and find a vibrator. Use the bra, rubber chicken and the vibrator on the BJ doll, then take the BJ doll and place it in the toxic barrel. The BJ doll will violently expland to a usable sex doll. Larry will have fun with it, and you'll get an achievement ("Hitting The All-Time Low"), then you'll be at Cancum.
When you arrive in Cancum, there will be an avocado tree. Click on it to get an avocado. Click on the well and take the bucket. Click on the sand castle to find a syringe.
There will be two places you will be able to go to: an alpaca pen and a hut. Going to the hut will take you to Lefty's Bar, which is now operating in Cancum thanks to the authorities cracking down on him. Lefty goes by the name "Lefto" here so he can have a liquor license. By talking to Lefto and asking questions, you'll find out that the villa in the background when you showed up in Cancum belongs to BJ, who bought half the island when he got rich and used some money to build the villa. Not surprisingly, he is at the villa right now. You'll also learn that Prune had already taken over half of New Lost Wages, and now they are facing bankruptcy after what happened at the PiPhone presentation, the ensuing lawsuit and Anu Singh using the data you gave her to reveal that Faith is the real mastermind behind Prune.
From here, you can take the cooking book off of the counter, which will contain a recipe for guacamole. You'll need an avocado, a sun-ripened tomato, some lemon juice, fresh coriander and a pinch of salt. From there, cut everything into small pieces and mix together, and you'll have "the Cancum alpacas' favorite food."
If you click on the "Cerveza de los Barbaros" poster on the wall, you'll find out that your new recipe - plus some salt, lemon and grated lizard for color - is the new Barbarian Brew, even though the health department officials don't care about the taste. Afterwards, you can ask Lefty for a glass. You'll also get the lemon and the pinch of salt along with it. Take it all, and use the syringe on the beer.
There is a blender in Lefty's new bar, but Lefty won't just let you touch it. For the dialogue options, pick "I just need to mix something up" followed by "I have a great guacamole recipe here" and "I'll give you the recipe." You'll get free reign to use the blender to make the guacamole.
From here, throw the avocado, the lemon and the pinch of salt into the blender. You can head left from here into the alpaca pen. If this place looks vaguely familiar, it's because this is the first thing you saw when you started the game.
At the alpaca pen, click on the manure pile to take some manure. There is a tomato plant nearby, but the sunscreen above the pen is keeping the tomatoes from getting enough sun. Take a tomato and place it on the stone slab outside of Lefty's bar to dry it in the sun. It will dry after enough time has passed, and when it has turned red, you'll be able to take the tomato and put it in the blender at Lefty's. In the meantime, you can use the manure on the soil to get the coriander you need to put in Lefty's blender for the guacamole recipe. Use the cooking book on the herbs that grow out of the soil and Larry will be able to pick out the coriander. Once you've gotten all the ingredients in the blender, you'll be able to mix the guacamole and put it in the bucket you pulled out of the well.
Back at the alpaca pen, use the syringe with the beer in it on the weak spot in the center of the sunscreen to tear open a hole and let the sun beam down on the center of the pen.
You can talk to the man with the guitar, whose name is El Rey. He doesn't think much of you - or Lefto - and he will tell you that the alpacas are indeed wrestling llamas who will slam you into the ground if you get too close.
Now that you have the guacamole in hand, go back to the alpaca pen and put in in the food trough. From there, stand in the sun beam, and El Rey will mention that you are the man in white from the prophecy at the beginning of the game. He apologizes to Larry and calls him "El Larry." He then asks Larry to eat a cactus. Tell El Rey to hand it over, and Larry will eat it. You'll get an achievement ("The Chosen One") before everything gets all red.
With sharpened senses, Larry will be able to talk to the alpacas. They will recognize El Larry, and will tell him that there is a secret passage in the fireplace at Lefty's bar and that you must activate a lever next to the fireplace to open it. From there, you can enter the villa.
From there, head back to Lefty's new bar. Click on the grey hook near the fireplace and you'll find the hidden passage. Click the passage to get to the villa. From here, click the Nac Gniretaw (which is a reverse watering can) to add it to your inventory.
Go behind the villa. Pick up the exceptionally big eraser, then use the Nac Gniretaw on the eggplant to get it to shrivel so you can take it with you.
If you click on the penis fly trap, you'll get another death sequence followed by another EGA Larry assembly sequence.
Using the exceptionally big eraser on the window drawn on the villa erases it and replaces it with a real opening. You still have the fly trap to deal with, but if you put the eggplant in it, you'll be able to move past it and enter the villa.
When you enter the villa, Faith will go from one door to another. Click on the doors that she goes through to follow her.
