Well, we've opened up a little bit of the game...time to solve some puzzles!
Back at Lefty's Bar, use the gum on the stray dog to put the gum on the bone the dog is chewing on and moisten up. To get the gum back, give the chew toy to the dog. You'll exchange it for the bone, which is now rainbow colored and sticky thanks to the now-moistened gum.
If you combine the bone with the now-extended rope, you'll create a makeshift fishing rod. From here, use it on the drain. You'll find a key inside. This key is used to open the jewelry box in Erin's room. Inside is a packing slip for Erin's package at the Leisure Suite.
If you haven't already, talk to Atticus and Everett at the counter at the Salon du Lezard. If you ask for a beer, you won't get one, but you'll be able to ask about the menu. If you ask for the gluten-free bread, you'll get some automatically. If you ask for a latte, you won't be able to get one because it is too expensive and because the soy milk used to make the latte has expired. Larry will get the expired soy milk from doing this.
Also at the Salon du Lezard, talk to Lemma Tallica again about the drummer and go through all the dialogue options concerning him. Lemma will tell you to talk to Atticus and Everett about the drummer, whose name is Stix LaBeum. Do that, and go through all the dialogue options concerning Stix. You'll find out he has a gray beard, wears a leather jacket, that he smokes, and that he had a huge fight with Lemma.
After you find out about the fight, you'll be able to talk to Lemma about it. Lemma will tell you that Stix thinks Lemma is selling her soul by performing at the Salon du Lezard and that Stix would rather hang out somewhere seedy where he can drink and gamble his life away.
When you leave the Salon du Lezard, click on the ashtray. You'll be able to take the pack of Camel Toe cigarettes, something you weren't able to do before.
At the Leisure Suit, give the packing slip to Bea Thuse. She won't be able to read the handwriting, so give her the lens from the VR goggles, then the packing slip. She will be able to read it now, and give you Erin's package as well as a pair of rubber gloves.
With these two items in hand, head back to Lefty's Bar. Talk to Lefty and ask if any drummer has been at the bar. After talking to Everett, Atticus and Lemma and going through all the dialogue options as well as grabbing the Camel Toe cigarettes from the Salon du Lezard ashtray, you'll be able to get all the dialogue options. Larry will tell you about Stix after you mention the alcohol and gambling issues. He will tell you that Stix is at Pier 69, and you'll unlock that location for the Unter app.
While you're still at Lefty's, Use the rubber gloves on the jukebox plug to reset the router without electrocuting yourself. You'll reset the Wi-Fi and Erin will be able to perform again, but she will tell you about the package at the Leisure Suite. She won't be able to get it because she can't get to the packing slip in her jewelry box, and she has lost the key to it. She was sure that she had the key when she left the bar. Thankfully, we just did all that, so you can give her the package...but then she tells you she never intended to be a camgirl, and that she moved to New Lost Wages to hit the big stage and become a real stripper. You'll have to help her with that, as well.
Head to Pier 69, indicated by the carousel on the Unter map. There is a poster wall where you can hang a poster for Lemma's concert. There is a fairgrounds area that you can go, and while there is a ship nearby, you won't be able to do anything with the porthole to get inside. There is also some flotsam near the ship, but you won't be able to do anything with it...yet.
There is a porthole. You'll be able to talk to Becky, who accuses Larry of putting something in her drink and trying to attack her. The guy next to her will tell you to stay away from Becky, and his name is Lance. You'll be able to talk to him and get to know him. He is a fitness trainer who works in the gym on the strip, and that Becky is just simply dating him.
At the fairgrounds, you'll meet Stix LaBeum as well as a man of Native American descent named Smokey Bear who is smoking an electronic peace pipe. He likes the pipe, and he will not give it to you as he needs it, the e-cigarette is all natural and he has never heard of them being harmful in any way. By continuing to talk to him, you will learn that he owns the oldest casino in New Los Wages, and he will say it is only a rumor that everyone loses simply because it was built on an old Native American cemetery.
