Once again, we're figuring stuff out, and this time around, Larry gets lucky with women...in a way.
Stix LaBeum will be at the slot machine at the fair. You can talk to him and go through all the dialogue options, and he will tell you that Lemma Tallica won't let him be who he is and that he refuses to play at the Salon du Lezard because they only serve smoothies and because he doesn't want to contribute to the "capitalist pig system." If only you could mess with the slot machine...
You can use the gold tooth on the coin embossing machine to press it into a coin.
The pawn shop sells two things: a cardboard panorama of a romantic sunset at Pier 69 as well as a Sleaze War figurine of the slave princess with a removable gold bikini that has never been taken out of the packaging. Waltraud, the cashier at the counter, will tell you that she will let the panorama go for an extraordinary second-hand object, but you don't have that quite yet.
To the left of the pawn shop is a conspiracy theory flier as well as a corn dog on the floor that you can pick up. If you hang a poster where the flyer is, you can take the flyer. As for the corn dog, you can just click on it. If you read the flyer, you'll see something about e-cigarettes controlling people's brain waves, and if you give it to Smokey Bear, you can exchange it for the e-peace pipe, but you'll have to give him a substitute. This is where the Camel Toe cigarettes come in. Give them to Smokey Bear, and you'll get the e-peace pipe.
Nearby still is a chess board. You can take the bishop, which is called a "plug like chess piece" by the game.
There is a wooden wedding alter to the left of the pawn shop as well. You can take the ring, even though it has a very sharp faux diamond.
There is a high striker at the far right, but you won't be able to play with it yet, especially when the puck is stuck.
Back at the bathroom at Larry's Bar, you can use the gold doubloon you just created as well as the corn dog. Of the three choices, pick "Szechuan Sauce." There will now be Szechuan sauce on the corn dog.
If you use the fake ring on the record in the jukebox at Larry's Bar, you'll be able to break the glass and take the record with Lefty's blessing. Back at the Salon du Lezard, you can use the record on the gramophone once you point the gramophone horn at the book under glass, then play the record to break the glass and take the rare book.
Also at the Salon du Lezard, talk to Lemmy again and Larry will tell her the bad news about Stix. Lemma will mention that not only does she not have a drummer, but that her guitar has been stolen and she cannot play the concert without it. Larry will agree to help Lemma find her guitar. From here, you can open the guitar case near the door and find a book of matches. The matches are from a nightclub called Hell's Pawn, which will be added to the Unter app.
At Hell's Pawn, there is a police station as well as the nightclub itself. You can hang a poster on the police station wall, and this is the last place where you can hang a poster. Here are all the possible poster locations:
- Salon du Lezard, next to the door leading out
- Outside Lefty's Bar
- Inside Lefty's Bar
- The poster wall next to the right dome at the Prune Headquarters entrance
- The moist wall in Lefty's bathroom (use the darts to hold it up)
- The Leisure Suite counter (tell Bea Thuse it is an ad for a new sex toy at the dialogue prompt)
- Outside the gym at the strip
- Inside the gym, between the door and the counter
- The trash cans at Lefty's Bar (not an actual hang-up spot; use it to get the "Lazybones" achievement)
- The back room at Lefty's Bar (not an actual hang-up spot; use it to uncover the now-dead pimp from the first game and get the gold tooth)
- The left side of the pawn shop at the fairgrounds where the conspiracy flyers is.
- The police station wall near Hell's Pawn
The bouncer of the club is Cébé. He won't let you get inside the club; however. he will tell you to tell him if you find someone who can find a fresh show act for the club. You can mention Erin from this point, and Cebe will ask you to bring him something that shows off Erin's talents as a camgirl.
If you click on the guitar, he will tell you that he got the guitar from Bea Thuse, the Leisure Suite proprietor, and tells you to ask her about it if you see her.
To the right, there is a drain pipe you can pick up. There is also a live rat near one of the flaming barrels, but you won't be able to interact with the rat yet.
With the drain pipe in hand, head back to Lefty's. There will be a drone trying to record what Erin is doing. From here, enter the back room. Replace the gunked-up looking pipe with the drain pipe piece you just found near the nightclub, From here, go to the brewing vat, pull the lever, twist the valve then pull the lever again. Go back to the bar and Larry will tell Lefty about the brewery being fixed. Lefty will then mention he has to change the recipe for Barbarian Brew, and hands you the recipe with a list of things you need to get for him to improve it. Lefty also lets you use the brewery while it is out of operation. This will prove useful later.
If you look at the recipe, you'll find out that Lefty wants three things: something to enhance the beer's taste and aroma, something that turns the bear high octane and something that is completely natural with a vitalizing effect. You already have one item that is natural with a vitalizing effect: the maca from the Salon du Lezard. Hand that to Lefty.
Head back to Erin's room and take the hedge clippers. Use them on the drone. After that, talk to Erin about the nightclub. She won't be able to leave for the club and she doesn't know how to record herself on something other than a web camera, but the camera you just cut down will do if you can grab it. Just leave the bar and look in the trash can near Lefty's Bar.
While you're there, hand the rare book to Erin. She will recognize is as "The Cunning Linguist" by Montgomery Clithero, one of her favorite books.
Head back to the Hell's Pawn nightclub and give Cébé the camera. Cébé will be impressed with Erin, but says that just getting naked is not enough for the clientele and that he needs something with flair and intelligence and offer an extraordinary element in her show to earn a permanent spot in the VIP lounge. This is where the book came in, so go talk to Erin again and talk about the spot at the nightclub again. Mention that the nightclub thinks she is awesome, then go through two of the dialogue options that come afterwards. Erin realizes she can combine stripping and reading from her favorite books, and thanks you by not only giving you a private show, but also the highest possible score on Tinder! Enjoy the cutscene and your new achievement ("Erin")!
Afterwards, Erin will tell you that she will see you at Hell's Pawn. You'll then have more Timber points, then you'll get a cutscene at the skyloft at Prune Headquarters. BJ and Faith try to figure out how the PiPhone prototype left Prune HQ, then focus on the upcoming product presentation. The story will then go back to Larry. You'll then have new matches on Timber, so check those out for fun.
Go back to the Salon du Lezard and tell Lemma that you've hung up all the posters; that way, you can get that part of dating Lemma out of the way.
Head back to the Leisure Suite and talk to Bea Thuse about the guitar. She will tell you that a lady pawnbroker had an urgent need to buy some delicate lingerie, and all she had to trade was the guitar. Also, talk to Dick while you're there, and mention that Pier 69 symbolizes passion. Dick will mention that the golden hour will be here soon, but Pier 69 hold some sad memories for him. When Larry asks why, Dick mentions that they might as well head over there right now, but then he finds out his old flame is there on the Timber app. Regardless of which dialogue option you pick, you won't be able to get a better photo for your Timber profile until that person leaves.
If you go to Prune Headquarters and ask Kyle and Finley about the Poolaroid, they will mention the Slave Princess figurine with the removable gold bikini and tell you that they will trade a Poolaroid for that.
Head back to Pier 69. There will be a pigeon there now. Combine the gluten free bread with the Barbarian Brew leftovers and give it to the pigeon, and it will fly away...but not before pooping in Becky's drink and forcing her to leave along with Lance. Enjoy your cutscene and your new achievement ("It Wasn't Me"). You'll talk with Lance afterwards. He then says that he is up for Szechuan Sauce, especially a certain flavor that was available when he was a kid. Give him the corn dog with the Szechuan sauce, and as he enjoys it, he vaguely hints that he is gay before leaving to head to the gym.
Dick will show up and thank you for helping get rid of his old flame, but regretfully tells you that the golden hour has passed. Larry asks if they can fake it for the photo, and Dick asks Larry to lets him know if he spontaneously finds a sunset somewhere in his pants. This is where the cardboard panorama at the pawn shop comes in...but how to get it?
Head back to the pawn shop. You will now be able to ask about the guitar. Waltraud will tell you that Stix tried to pawn it, but was unsuccessful. Talk to Stix at the slot machine and tell him to confess. He confesses and tells you that he needed the money to blow on gambling, and as long as he keeps winning money, he is not budging from the slot machine.
