Now that we've been sprung out of the jail, the gym is finally available to us!
When you go to a new area from the Hell's Pawn nightclub, you'll have some new Timber matches.
When you head back to Larry's Bar, you'll find out that Erin has moved out upon taking the job at Hell's Pawn, and that the room is all yours now and that there will be a package there waiting for you. From here, you can take the hedge clippers as well as the phallic strawberry. The package in question is the box on the stool near the stairs. Inside will be a letter from Erin thanking you for everything as well as a new product modeled after her: Erin's Signature Fleshlight. If you look at the fleshlight, you'll get a hint from Larry, who states that it looks more like a stamp for a stamp pad. From here, you can mess with the lights in the room, if you wish.
If you use the hedge trimmers on the lush bush outside of the bar, you will find a junction box, but you won't be able to power it up with a battery quite yet.
If you go to Salon du Lezard and use the hedge trimmers on Atticus and Everett, you'll go beard cutting and get an achievement for it ("Cut Content").
If you head to Prune Headquarters, there will be some balloons you can take as well as a line of people forming on the right side of the area. It's probably for the new PiPhone. If you go inside, you can ask Kyle and Finley about Nari - and how to work here - and you'll find out that you'll have to already work at Prune to meet her and that they're looking for interns...and that the intern contracts aren't just left lying around.
If you head back to the nightclub and click on the barred window at the police station, you'll be able to talk to Tuck again. Ask them about how they sneaks back in there, and they will tell you about the secret tunnels underneath New Lost Wages. They will then give you a mirror with instructions printed on it.
Dick will now be outside of the Salon du Lezard at this point in the game.
If you head to the gym, you can use the Gym Membership Card on Phteven to enter the gym. Phteven will also give you some protein powder. Also, there will now be a portrait of the dog from earlier with a black armband around it, meaning that the dog has committed suicide. I have no words.
In the gym, you'll meet Diana - one of your matches - and Lance. There is a table with white wash cream, and you'll be able to take the cream. If you have the strawberry penis, show it to Lance to complete part of the mission to get Lance to come to terms with his sexuality.
If you talk to Diana, you'll find out that Diana is the fitness trainer who runs the studio, and that she does not date weaklings. She tells you to prove your fitness by making the Punching Back of Self-Mutilation +1 - the punching bag next to her - swing. If you click on it, Larry finds out he's got some work to do.
By continuing to talk to Diana, you'll find out that her fitness watch has gotten her in shape, but at the same time, it has dictated her life.
At the Leisure Suite, you'll see the prototype of Bea Thuse's new sex toy, and Bea will ask you to take it out and try it to give her some feedback. The toy will now be in your inventory.
