Boss rush show time Clap! Clap!
The fifth second starts out simple enough, but then you'll have to make some odd jumps that involve looking back and punching the wall. A mine cart will then fall from the sky and you'll be taking a ride on it. Punch out enemies, duck under the ceiling spikes, and jump over the spiked balls.
The sixth section has you on the mine cart. Again. Most of the enemies are either fish that jump out of waterfalls or dogs riding vultures. If you can time your jump right at the end of the track, you can get a 1-Up.
The first new enemy you see after this is some sort of small, purple dog in a striped muscle shirt that takes three hits to kill unless you have the spiked ball.

Channel 4 Boss
Geez, does just about everyone in this game wear a hat?
Anyway, hit the eagle with the Twin Shot so that it drops the rock without dropping it on you. Keep on hitting it and don't let it touch you, and duck when it doesn't show up with a rock unless you want the eagle to dive right into you.
Thankfully, he doesn't get any harder than that.
Channel 5 - I Love New York!
All right! You're back in the big city!
The first section has a lot of enemies that you've seen before, such as the poodles throwing flower pots and the red dogs in the hats. One of the new ones here is a dog in a white suit that walks around like Michael Jackson, but the spiked ball makes quick work of him. Be sure to avoid the vents in the ground when steam comes out of them.
The second section is kinda short, but when the light turns green, the ground will be swarmed with dogs on scooters like the ones you saw in Channel 3. Your best bet it to get to the right side of the area as quickly as possible.
The third section is just more of the same. The dog that shoots bullets from Channel 1 is back.
The fourth section is vertical. The main enemies to worry about here are the dogs that blend into the walls and the floating dog head that usually appears at the bottom of the screen like a cancer that won't go away. As long as you use the regular glove instead of the spiked one to get higher and bounce off the walls to destroy the neon dogs, you're fine.
You'll fight the Channel 1 Boss after this. This time around, he's faster and does more damage (and as you'll see, so are the rest of the bosses). You can use the Twin Shot to make him look painlessly easy. Just watch out for those falling lighting rigs...they fall faster, too!
Section 6 takes place in the park. Drop into the manhole, and you'll enter section 7...the sewers. You'll fight off mice that open their coats and shoot hats at you as they expose themselves. Ugh, flasher mice. When you reach the wall, jump onto the top of it, equip the Jet Boots, and float all the way to the right so you can easily reach the pipe that takes you to Section 8.
Here, swing off the water switches to reach the other side. If you're good enough, you can grab the Heart to fully refill your health. Once there, you'll reach the Channel 3 boss. Same strategy as before, but you'll have to be quick!
