As we start the next entry...it's boss time!
Stage 5 (continued)
We first start out with some sort of purple orb. After shooting at it for a little while, we get...
0:30 - ...this.
Shoot the Chestburster that comes out of its stomach, and avoid the firepower and its tail.
1:59 - Now you've done it! You've overcooked me eggs!
This thing has a third form. As you shoot at that cannon in the center while it's exposed, you'll be dodging a lot of firepower. Thankfully, the pattern is pretty easy once you've gotten it down.
5:00 - A fourth form. What the hell?!?
Stay out of the way of those worms and shoot at the blue thing in the center when it's exposed. If there are any of those circles with the red spheres in the center in any of the worm segments, shoot them down. Those things shoot fireballs at you.
6:48 - A fifth form?!?
Get inside that circle of turrets and send your firepower straight at the one with the blue orb in it. This is the weak point. If you have those shield pods, avoiding some of the turret's firepower (or perhaps, all of it) is much easier.
7:58 - We go back to that purple single-celled organism thing again. This time, it shoots pods at us. At least it's easy to shoot at.
Fly around in a circle, making sure not to touch the boss and charge up all your shots before you hit it. You'll be able to kill it...eventually.
