0:21 - Here it is. The final boss.
Shoot down the head first, and avoid both the giant laser beams and energy balls that come out of the hands. When its head opens, you'll have to deal with some of those bug things. You could destroy some of them, but if you can get some to move past the bottom, you won't be seeing the ones that do that again. From there, you'll be able to shoot at the head again.
When the head is destroyed, shoot at its lower arm. Use fully charged shots and avoid all those balls. If you can't destroy it in time, it'll grow a new head and you'll have to return to the beginning of its pattern. Thankfully, once you get this down somewhat, it gets a lot easier.
When you destroy this thing, get the hell away from those arms! They'll go straight for you, and you'll have to avoid them as the portal closes. When you see the blackness of space, go straight for it before the hands move closer to the edge of the ever-closing portal. Just when you thought you were done with this thing, though, you'll have to take this thing down from behind. To do that, you'll have to whack it with the Force Device. You'll lose it, of course, but whatever. This is the end of the game.

6:24 - This is easier to do immediately after you've destroyed the head.
Once you've beaten the game, you'll immediately start the Advanced Mission mode. Here, you'll play the game on a much harder difficulty. Good luck.
