Death Bear's Tower
Two ladders before the boss, go to the left corner. You'll find a hidden room containing the Gauntlets. These let you throw the swords even faster. Equip these before you take on the Death Bear.
Now that you have the Gauntlets equipped, throw swords at the Death Bear until it dies. Seriously, you won't even have time to dodge anything because you're killing it that fast. Grab the bell and get out of there.
Now that we have this out of the way, let's go to the Cold Killer's Tower.
Cold Killer's Tower
The Heart Container, the Cup and the Parallel Zone entrance and exit are all in the same place. The Cup is in the Parallel Zone, the Heart Container is not.
The Cold Killer can be killed like the Great Burn and the Great Wing. You'll just do more damage in less time, because of the Gauntlets. Get the Bell and get out of there.
