Sryth plays EVO: The Search For Eden - Part 13 of 17

The chapter starts out like nothing is out of the ordinary. Then all THIS happens.

All maps by Tropicon.

Forest of Segosaurus

YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD

Anyway, if you let them be, they'll tell you about a creature they've never seen before. It has the face of a cat and the body of a rabbit. Hmmmm...

You'll then leave the area.

You can come back and kill these guys at 200 EP a pop, though.

Domain Eohip

Oh, hey, prehistoric horses.

Despite the fact that they can kick you with their hind legs and swing at you with their front legs, they're pretty weak. At 100 EP apiece, this is another nice place to farm EP.

Domain of Saber Tiger

Ah, so that's what the Stegosaurs were talking about.

Anyway, these things give you 150 EP each. America, land of plenty? Indeed.

Actually, we're in South America now, but who cares?

Domain of Condor

You'll hear that the condors have seen a silver object in the sky that looked like a bird flying.

Before you leave this area, go up to the top. The condors are easy to kill, as are the amphibians at the summit. The blue crystal here will give you an impressive 5000 EP, so get it!

Cave of Monkey Human

Wow, these monkeys are advanced.

Anyway, these guys will throw rocks and jump around like the Trilobites from the beginning of the game. They only leave 50 EP, but they heal 14 HP, making it worth it to take these guys on and get their battle plans to a science. Some of them also try to crush you with heavy boulders, which can take off half your health or more.

When you make it to the end of the maze, you'll meet another Yeti. It's probably the baby Yeti that got spared (the game doesn't really explain), and this guy can destroy you in seconds. You can move out of the way of the uppercut at the end of his combo, but you'll have to be quick.

When you beat this guy, you'll get 1000 EP.

Domain of Ditryma

If you have powerful jaws, you can kill these guys in one shot. Since you destroyed the Bird-Man Fort, they have no wings and they look at the sky and cry like an emo kid after every few steps. Serves you right for going against the natural plan, you morons!

When you stand in the circle of rocks at the right end of the area, you'll be transported to Africa.

Domain of Queen Bee

Yup, she's back. She mentions the one who lives in the north, since he has made the lesser creatures powerful again with the power of the crystal.

The same strategy from the first fight applies. She can still kill in a few hits, so be careful.

Stand in the circle of stones at the right end of the area to go back to South America.
