Well, the Great Wing's Tower is all that's left.
Great Wing's Tower
If you haven't gotten the Blue Necklace already, do it now. It's located in a secret room inside another secret room.
Hit the Great wing from the left corner. He's less likely to hit you there (I'm guessing).
Grab the bell and get out.
Overworld
We've got all the bells, so let's burn them all. Rubas's tower will then show up, and we'll have to use the Green Scroll to skip all the way over to the beginning of the game to get there.
Rubas's Tower
When you reach the entrance, you'll find the final (and most powerful) sword in the game. It's called "Splendor!" Yes, that's actually what it's called.
When you enter, you'll fight a blue Centipede (same as the other one), followed by two demon heads that just might kill you if you don't stay on the move. Then...there's Rubas. He'll have to wait for next time...
