This is the point in the game where the stages start becoming more linear.

World 4-1

There's not much new here. At least with this stage, there's only one way to go, and that's straight to the right.

World 4-2

This time around, you're going through an underwater maze.

World 4-3

The boss here is some guy in a clam-like object that floats back and forth across the screen. Attack him as soon as he opens the other half, attack his head and take out the enemies that he fire out of his noggin. After enough damage, he'll change color, indicating that he is near death.

The secret level is in the main underwater section. When you start seeing the breakable blocks to your right, go left instead. You'll be able to find it easily by following the path to the end.
