This is it. We're hitting the final frontier.
Scene 5: Once There Was A Man Named Oscar
The Warners have their headgear, but now they have one more thing to get: a Felix statue. (Oscar and Felix are the main characters from Neil Simon's The Odd Couple.)
The first section is easy. Just collect the stars as you walk to the right.
For the second section, you'll want to switch to Wakko. Use his mallet to get some more stars as well as to proceed onto an elevator. Hit the green button with Wakko's mallet to activate, then strike it again to reverse the direction of the elevator to whenever you need to, so you can avoid the flame jets coming out of the walls.
When you reach a dead end, you'll see Pinky and the Brain on the other side. When they reach the panel on the floor on the other end, whack the raised floor panel with Wakko's mallet. After a little song and dance, they'll break the machine above, turning off the electric barrier blocking your progress.
Get back on the elevator. You'll stop at another floor after seeing Ralph sleeping on the job. Head to the right. Move the first crate so that it's close to being over the edge, then pull the far right crate to the left. You should have a makeshift pyramid of crates now. Pull the left one back and you should be able to get the top crate to drop down. Push the crate you just pulled back to the right. Pull back the remaining crate and you'll be able to continue.
In the third section, you'll be crossing platforms across an apartment building. Drop down to get the stars, then jump off the bird's nest to get the 1-Up. From here, you'll want to wait around and time your jumps just right so that you can safely reach the next platform and also keep yourself from getting hit by the falling rocks between the sets of platforms. You'll see cameos by other characters from show, such as Slappy Squirrel and the Hip Hippos (Flavio and Marita) at the top-most windows. Once you make it to the right, you'll be able to continue to the fourth section.
For the fourth section, go right and hit the red button on the right platform with Wakko's mallet. Head back to the left platform quickly, so you can swing to the other side. Head right and use the mallet again to whack the stone block holding up the wrecking ball. Switch to Yakko and push the crate forward (watch out for the swinging chain), then head right. Go down and use Wakko's mallet on the bomb fuse, then head back up. The explosion will reveal a staircase to the next section.
As soon as you hit the first switch in the fifth section with Wakko's mallet, you'll be outrunning an explosion. Switch to Yakko after the first three gate switches, and pull the crates back to make a staircase. Jump from one platform to another as they explode behind you, and be sure to hit the last switch at the end so you can proceed to the sixth section.
For the sixth section, you'll be pushing two crates. All the while, you'll have to avoid being shot at from a helicopter's machine gun, which can be seen through the windows. Push the first crate all the way to the right (slowly), then pull the second one so that you can switch to Wakko and hit the switch blocking the exit to the next section.
For the seventh section, hit the fire hydrants with Wakko's mallet to extinguish the flames on the ruined buildings. Be careful not to get hit by the fireballs that fly out from the fires. At the end, you'll meet Mindy and Buttons yet again. Go left to find Mindy, and use Yakko to push the two crates to give Mindy a means to head to the right and out of the corner.
For the last section, you'll jump onto a car. When it stops, grab the Felix statuette.
You're still not done, though. You'll get a Pinky and the Brain cutscene, and they plan on stealing all the hats and the Felix award...which they do. Now the Warners, who are completely amused by the fact that these two guys exist, now have to fight their robots to get them back.
Pinky and the Brain's robot will throw bombs at you, which will cause some damage if the explosions hit you. The robot will also kick at you if you're too close, so you'll want to keep your distance most of the time.
Switch to Dot. Blow a kiss at Pinky. He'll throw a bomb that he'll forget to light up. Hit the unlit bomb with Wakko's mallet. If you need to, use Yakko to push the bomb to the robot's feet. After a couple of hits, the upper half and the lower half of the legs will be separated. You'll want to do the same tactics on the upper body, and also guide the legs so that the legs will kick at the upper body on accident. Again, you'll want to blow a kiss with Dot, and hit the unlit bomb (which will land next to the upper body this time) with Wakko's mallet. After some more damage, the legs will kick the upper body until the robot is no more. You'll finally get the items back and beat the game!
