You just had to throw in a cartoony slasher flick parody, didn't you, Konami?
Scene 4: To Scream Or Not To Scream
"Bloodmask: Part 32"
Remember the "Meatballs or Consequences" episode where the Yakko and Dot have to play checkers against Death to get Wakko back from the dead? Well, Death is back and he's the first enemy you see. Thankfully, he's easier here. Just use Dot's kiss to stun him so you can quickly walk past him.
The light grey tombstones can be pushed. Push the first one you see with Yakko, then push the second one that's to the right so Buttons can get Mindy out. Hit the stone block to the right with Wakko (it even has a mallet inscribed on it!) and you'll be able to get out of here.
Switch to Yakko and pull the stone block to the right onto the switch. You'll open the door and you'll be able to get a star. You'll then want to go to the crates and push a crate onto the next switch so you can enter the haunted house.
The haunted books, as silly as they are, are easy to avoid. As for the chandeliers, you'll want to get close enough so that you're under them and they'll fall down. When that happens, you'll want to move away quickly.
It should be noted that there are mirrors on the wall when you first enter the haunted house. The last one you walk by will have Dracula instead of the Warners' reflections.
You'll then face Dracula himself. Use Dot's kiss to stun him, and refrain from jumping so that his fireballs don't hit you. Dracula will disappear. Continue going right. Break the column underneath the statue with Wakko's mallet, then go left and push the crate to the right with Yakko. Go right and you'll meet Pinky and the Brain, which seem to have a flugelhorn vacuum. Jump over the vases and plates that it sucks up. They'll eventually be down for the count, and you can break the stone blocks behind them with Wakko to get another crate.
Use Yakko to pull the crate to the right. You'll then have a simple puzzle game where you must complete the shapes with the right box. You have a blue circle, a red triangle and a yellow square, so this isn't really too hard to figure out how to do. This will allow you to open the second door. To open the first door, just push them wherever you please, then move back so that the puzzle will reset. You may now proceed.
Go left and use Yakko to push the crate to the moving log platform. You'll want to push this crate to the other side and place it on the open pipe in the ground. (Watch out for the water gushing from the ceiling pipe!) When you use it on the switch, it won't lower, allowing you to use it a stairstep to go further left.
Head down, and push the crate connected to the pipe to the left. This will unplug a stopper, draining out the water nearby. This allows you to go back up and get the nearby 1-Up before continuing on. Head to the right. If you need health, whack the treasure box with Wakko's mallet.
From the treasure box, jump up the platforms and switch to Yakko to pull another crate to the right. Use it as a staircase to reach another treasure chest with an apple if you need more health (again, watch for the ceiling pipe water), then use the crate to get to the exit.
You'll face Dracula again. Switch to Wakko. There are four buttons, each with an arrow above it that points to the corner that it tilts the floor on. (These arrows will always point to the opposite corner.) You'll want to stay on the move and avoid Dracula's fireballs as you try to tilt the floor downwards from under him, as they travel pretty slowly. After enough hits, you'll get the Hockey Mask.
I'm surprised Ralph hasn't shown up once here.
